Inserts

We will accept inserts for product or service advertising only. There is a limit of one insert per issue and bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis. If there is a waiting list, inserts will run in rotation i.e. no block bookings allowed.

Maximum insert size A4 (no reduction in costs for smaller sizes). Maximum weight allowed of 25g per individual insert otherwise additional costs for postage will be charged. Customised shapes need at least one straight leading edge. Advertisers must supply their own printed inserts to our address by our specified deadlines. If they are not received by our deadline and distribution is missed, the full cost is still payable. Acceptance for inclusion is subject to sight of final printed item.

TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE

All requests for bookings are accepted at the Editor’s discretion. All advertising copy supplied is subject to the Editor’s final approval and any copy changes requested by the Editor must be provided at the advertisers’ own cost

PAYMENT TERMS

Bookings must be made on the order form attached. We will then issue an invoice. ALL ADVERTISEMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH PAYMENT (as per BSHAA’s published terms. Interest will be charged at 5% per month for overdue accounts). All advertisements are subject to VAT. Please make cheques payable to BSHAA.
