Welcome to BSHAA's Customer Care pages. Here you can find out about the Society's Customer Care Scheme and how if you use businesses displaying the sign on the left of this page, it will further increase your confidence in the hearing care provided there.
The Society and its members are fully commited to assuring you high quality hearing care and this assurance is taken a step further through the Customer Care Scheme.
In these pages you can find out about the Scheme and what it means to you as a patient. You can also learn how it can help you if, despite all the best efforts of your hearing aid audiolgist, things go wrong.
Hearing Aid Audiologists may also be members of the British Healthcare Trades Association and therefore have signed up to their Consumer Code which is approved by the Office of Fair Trading.
Complaints under this Code are also dealt with under BSHAA's Customer Care Scheme.
