BSHAA 50th Anniversary International Congress This took place at the Chesford Grange Hotel, at Kenilworth, in Warwickshire on April 18th and 19th 2008.   Speakers came from as far afield as the United States, Italy, Denmark and Holland and joined UK colleagues for two days of debate, discussion and learning.   Full details

Forthcoming Events

Throuthout the year the Society holds Study Days at various venues around the Country.  These are open to non-members but for Society members and fellows attendance counts towards their continuing education.     The dates for 2008 are as follows:     

14 June:  Hilton London Stansted Airport Hotel,  Round Coppice Road, Stansted CM24 1SF. For the programme and booking form e-mail jillhsec@aol.com. (Documents cannot be downloaded on the site at present).

13 September:  Holiday Inn Glasgow Airport,  Abbotsinch, Paisley, Renfrewshire PA3 2TR. No programme available 

6 November:  Mary Hare Grammar School, also BSHAA AGM Arlington Manor, Snelsmore    Common, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 3BQ. No programme available.
