BSHAA and its members are fully committed to assuring you high quality hearing care and this assurance is taken a step further through the Society's Customer Care Scheme. This recognises that even the most dedicated professionals don't always get it right so together with businesses in the sector, BSHAA has set up the scheme to provide a user-friendly, independent complaints resolution service. Some of the businesses have also signed up to the Consumer Code of the British Healthcare Trades Association. This Code is approved by the Office of Fair Trading .
