The £20 million pound Orchard Hotel

Congress Headquarters is at the modern Orchard Hotel next door to the East Midlands Conference Centre.  Built at a cost of £20 million in 2012, this 202-bed eco-friendly hotel has been designed to maximise the use of natural daylight and features outside terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows and unique contemporary decor throughout.  There is a brasserie:Bar and gym.   Parking is on site and there is a walkway to the Conference Centre. 

The Congress Gala Dinner is being held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in the centre of Nottingham a few minutes away by car and fifteen minutes walk from Nottingham station.   Some delegates may prefer to stay here.  There is car parking at the hotel.  Built in 2005, the hotel is a combination of contemporary architecture and modern facilities.  There is a a tennis court, a leisure club and an indoor swimming pool.

Please note that although coaches will be provided to take delegates and exhibition staff from the East Midlands Conference Centre and the Crowne Plaza on the evening of the Gala Dinner there is no other shuttle service available.  Delegates who stay at the Crowne Plaza must make their own arrangements to get to and from the Conference Centre.    Tickets for the Gala Dinner coaches MUST be pre- booked.
